Interior door levers have an optional PRIVACY PIN function so they can be used as PRIVACY (on interior doors where a privacy lock function is required - such as bedrooms or bathrooms) or PASSAGE / NO LOCK (on interior doors where a privacy lock function is not required - such as hallways, children rooms or kitchens). Contemporary door handles "AVALON" come with a STANDARD 2-3/8" LATCH MECHANISM and can be installed on both left- or right- handed doors as the latch mechanism is REVERSIBLE. AVALON door levers come in a beautiful SATIN NICKEL finish (with POLISHED CHROME inserts) with HIDDEN SCREWS (SCREWS NOT VISIBLE) to maintain the contemporary style and elegance.
