- Thick cut lemon pickle with traditional whole spices. Matured for two years in earthen jars.
- Ingredients: Lemons (45%), Sugar (35%), Salt, Spices(12%){Black Pepper, Black Rock Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Ginger Powder, Peepal, Cardamom, Clove, Asafoetida}
- Serve with- rice, paranthas, khakras. Cook: in daals for a delicious lemon flavour.
