Also included are compelling interviews with Arturo Sandoval, Wayne Bergeron, Chad Shoopman, and body-builder / personal trainer; Roland Craeye. The first 3 interviews cover the difficulties, problems, and issues each trumpet player has had in their playing career and ways they overcame them. Roland talks about muscle building and ways to become more efficient in doing so.
