Description
- HSS construction and ground from solid with straight cutting teeth on one edge for accurate keyway cutting in inch or millimetre sizes.
- Bright finish and hardened bar provide rigidity and wear resistance, ensuring long service life when cutting keyways in ferrous and non‑ferrous materials.
- Designed for manual operation with an arbor press, enabling machinists to control cutting depth precisely and produce clean keyways in gears, pulleys and other components.
- 18 mm Style E broach with tolerance 0.7078–0.7092; dimension 3/4"×15-1/2"; includes 3 shims for depth adjustment; cutting length range 1"–6" for flexible keyway depth.
