Description
- Designed for facing and profiling tasks on manual or CNC lathes with a negative rake and 30° end cutting edge angle for smooth chip flow.
- 1'' square shank with 6'' overall length and 1/2'' functional height provides rigidity and reach for larger tool posts and deeper cuts.
- Includes ten Carbide TNMG432 inserts with a 1/2'' inscribed circle and 3/16'' thickness; CVD coating blends TiCN, Al₂O₃ and TiN for high wear resistance and edge strength.
- Kit supplies finger clamp, clamp screw, locking pins and shim to secure the insert and damp vibration; all hardware required for immediate setup.
- Ideal for machinists, engineers and toolmakers performing facing, turning and profiling of steel, stainless steel and cast iron on manual or CNC lathes.
