Description

  • Made from high-quality alloy steel and heat treated to HRC 52–58 for wear resistance and dimensional stability in daily machining environments. Precision ground surfaces provide reliable support for workholding tasks in milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders, and inspection setups.
  • All parallels are precision ground and matched in pairs to maintain consistent height when supporting workpieces in vises or fixtures. Parallel design allows machinists to elevate parts above vise jaws for accurate drilling, milling, boring, and slotting operations.
  • 8" long parallels with 1/4" thickness provide stable support while maximizing usable vise capacity. Precision ground faces help maintain consistent reference surfaces when setting up small to medium sized workpieces during machining or inspection.
  • Accuracy rated to ±0.0003" with parallelism in height maintained within ±0.0004" to size. Suitable for machinists, toolmakers, and engineers who require repeatable setups and dependable work support during precision machining operations.
