Description

  • Cutting diameter 1-5/8 inch; 4 inch cutting depth; 3/4 inch Weldon shank; ANSI-standard design fits magnetic-base drills and drill presses.
  • High-speed steel construction with CBN-ground cutting edges offers long life, stable edge geometry and consistent hole finish.
  • Produces round holes, overlapping holes, slots and edge cuts in steel and other ferrous alloys while reducing cutting pressure and heat.
  • Drills large holes up to ten times faster than twist drills and leaves a smooth machine-finish hole when used with proper cutting fluid, minimizing or eliminating reaming. Eject pins are available.
  • Suitable for machinists, metal fabricators and maintenance crews drilling structural steel, plates and pipes in the shop or on site; efficient chip evacuation lowers cost per hole. Pilot pin for the cutter: 1/4" Dia x 6-1/8" OAL. Model No.: 0600-0230.
