This is a low profile wrap that can be worn under clothing and during sport, such as golfing etc. This is not a rigid or stiff back brace. Complete back pain therapy system includes a back support wrap, one large 7 inch by 10 inch hot and cold pack, protective cover and drawstring storage bag. Available in small/medium which fits waists 34 inches and under and large/x-large which fits waists 34 inches to 50 inches. The small/medium support measures 40 inches by 7.5 inches and the large/x-large support measures 46 inches by 7.5 inches.
