Instructions:
Â 1. Each Team Member holds a set of Agile planning cards.
Â 2. The Product Owner describes oneÂ user story and its features.
Â 3. Team Members discuss and ask questions as needed.
Â 4. Each Team Member privately selects one card that represents his or her estimate.
Â 5. Selected cards are revealed at the same time.
Â 6. If there is consensus, this is the estimate.
Â 7. If not, repeat steps 3-5 until consensus has been reached.
Â 8. Repeat for all stories.
