AIX Rosé is produced in the typical Provencial style using the direct pressing method.
The wine is then aged in a stainless steel tank for 2 to 3 weeks before bottling. Sustainably farmed.
A fragrant and well-balanced wine, with a fruity freshness. The nose is delightfully fragrant with delicate balance and crisp acidity.Soft, ripe summer fruits, particularly watermelon and strawberries.
Pairs well with salad, grilled fish, poultry and Asian foods, especially sushi and curry dishes.
