The Italian "Panna da cucina" is the perfect ingredient for the preparation of pasta dishes, meats and side dishes, to enhance the flavor, add it at the end of cooking. The perfect topping for strawberries and other fresh fruits. Useful in sweet and savoury custards such as those found in flan fillings, crème brûlées and crème caramels. It is useful to note that double cream can also be thinned down with water to make an approximation of single cream if necessary. Also perfect on scones, muffins, fresh fruit and as a gourmet ingredient in sauces and desserts. Once opened they should be stored in the refrigerator (do not freeze) and consumed within 3-4 days.
