• SUGGESTED USE. Step 1: Place 2 drops of cleansing oil on a cotton swab. With eyes closed, carefully scrub the base of the lash. Repeat these steps on all eyelids. Step 2: Dispense 2 pumps of foaming cleanser onto clean fingertips. With eyes closed, gently rub onto eyelids & eyelashes. Rinse with water. Towel dry. USE WARNING. All foaming cleansers are soaps so avoid getting inside the eyes.
