- Reliable for Rubber Parts – Use Flex 60 to cast flexible molds or reproduce industrial-grade parts. Delivers the perfect firmness for gaskets, seals, and other high-use rubber items.
- Quick Working Time – This urethane rubber offers a 4-minute pot life and 2-hour demold time. Fully cures in 72 hours, allowing for efficient mold cycles and fast part production.
- Easy to Tint and Customize – Color with Alumilite translucent dyes. Add white dye for opaque results. Great for prototyping, repairs, or creating color-coded castings for industrial use.
- Vacuum or Pressure Casting Recommended – Low viscosity ensures detail, but for optimal clarity and bubble-free results, vacuum or pressure casting is strongly encouraged.
