Adjust weight support by rotating in the "-" direction (clockwise): 7 turns to 13.2 pounds, 12 turns to 11 pounds, 16 turns to 8.8 pounds, 19 turns to 5.5 pounds. These values are for reference. Adjust based on your actual experience and ensure the result meets your needs.
