Operating steps: 1. Mix the flour, yeast and improver
2. Add warm water while stirring evenly, and finally stir a flaky state
3. Knead repeatedly by hand until the dough is smooth, cover with cling film and ferment at room temperature, and when it has fermented 2 times its size, poke a hole with your finger dipped in flour and it does not retract, it is ready
4. Add some flour to knead the dough then knead into a long strip (kneading time should not be less than 10 minutes)
5. Cut into small pieces of the same volume, knead hand into the shape of a steamed bun, knead until the surface is smooth
6. Put into a steamer to proof for 20 minutes, then turn on heat to steam for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes
