Description
- One 11.5g packet of premium Apex Cultures dry yeast, Allergen and GMO Free. Suitable for all types of English, Irish, Belgian, and French ales, making it an extremely versatile brewing yeast.
- Alcohol Tolerancet, Capable of fermenting up to 9.5% alcohol, allowing for the production of robust and flavorful ales. Fast 7-day kinetics (61-75ºf), top fermenter with excellent floculation and sedimentation, diacetyl reduction, and 75% attenuation.
- Recommended Dosage: For optimal fermentation, the recommended dosage is 11.5g per 5 gallons of wort. Pitch two packs for 10 gallons or make a starter.
- Authentic Ale Flavor: This active dried ale yeast from Apex Cultures imparts authentic English ale characteristics to your homebrew.
