Elevate Outdoor 48.5" Roof Luggage Cargo Storage Rack with Wind Fairing

This roof basket provides substantial exterior space for carrying extra cargo and gear on a vehicle roof. Each basket is built with a strong wire mesh basket floor and frame which provides plenty of tie-down points while allowing water to easily flow through if traveling through inclement weather. Includes a slick black wind fairing to help direct air flow above the cargo to reduce noise and vibration. Attaching the roof carrier to a vehicle is quick and easy with a universal style (4) U-bolt mounting system. The clamps work with square crossbars up to 3.25"W x 1.375"H, or round crossbars up to 1.375" diameter. Overall, the roof basket measures 48.5"L x 38.25"W x 5.5"H with an inside space of 42.25"L x 36.25"W x 4.75"H for cargo storage. Designed to effectively carry a maximum 150 lbs. distributed load. Wind fairing includes a manufacturer's decal in white. Assembly is required prior to use. Heavy duty steel construction with a smooth black paint finish.
