The Blue Ramshorn Snail (sometimes misspelled as Ramhorn Snail) features a gorgeous blue shell color and adds beauty to any aquarium setup. It makes a great addition to a tetra community tank!
Ramshorn Snails are totally safe with aquarium plants and clear off aquarium glass, aquarium decor, and aquarium substrate.
They are completely peaceful and safe to keep with all nonaggressive freshwater aquarium fish (such as guppies, rasboras, etc.), dwarf shrimp, and other aquarium animals.
WARNING: Ramshorn Snails reproduce at an extremely fast rate and can quickly overpopulate an aquarium. An Assassin Snail can take care of this problem.
