  • The rare Freshwater Pom Pom Crab is named for its unique pom-pom-like claws. Their shells appear to glow with yellow or tan colors, black or brown designs, and a texture like smooth polish.
  • Unlike hermit crabs, these are fully aquatic and must live in an aquarium or vivarium. An internal or external pump, a heater, and a filter are needed (a canister and bio sponge filter is ideal).
  • Supplement with extra assorted foods such as dry flakes or pellet foods, wafers and treats, calcium treatment, etc.
