Instructions for Perfect Poached Eggs

Important: Please wash the Egg Poachers thoroughly before the first use in order to remove any residues of cleaning products used during the manufacturing process.

1. Bring 3-4" of water to the boil in a pan
2. Lightly grease the inside of the poacher with cooking spray, oil or butter
3. Crack the eggs into the poacher and float them on the water
4. Cover the pot and cook for 5-6 minutes for a runny yolk, for a firmer yolk add additional time
5. Remove with a slotted spoon or kitchen tongs
6. Release the eggs by running a small spoon around the edge
7. Enjoy your perfectly poached eggs

Microwaving: Put the poacher in a jug or bowl containing 2" of water and heat for 1-2 minutes. Microwaving times may vary.
