Our team operates directly our 700 hectares of land in the heart of Tuscany, overseeing all phases: from soil analysis, through planting and olive harvesting, to pressing and bottling.
  • BORN OLIVE, TO BE OIL: We produce more than one million liters of Extra Vergin Olive Oil annually, from a selection of eight olive varieties, and we create our high-quality blends using our olives. Each olive is processed in our own state-of-the-art mill located at the center of our estate, employing a modern process that preserves the purity of flavor.
