How to use:
This kit includes trays that mold to your teeth. Bring water to a boil in a coffee cup, then submerge 1 tray until it becomes soft. Place the tray around your teeth and suck the air from the tray while pressing around your mouth with your fingers. Repeat this process for the other tray. Next, fill both trays with a total of .5ml of gel and wear for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, rinse your mouth and wash the trays. Whiten everyday for 7-14 days or until desired results are achieved.
