Sound Regulator ends this struggle once and for all. The CATVSR is a small unit that simply plugs into the jacks on the back of your T.V. set (all plugs are included). Once attached, it maintains the sound levels produced while watching T.V. The CATVSR remembers the sound level that you've set and always keeps that level...regardless of what the network does.
