Won’t Weigh Hair Down: Because of its unique light formulation, Light Elements Defining Whip does not add weight or stickiness to hair and can be layered.
Versatile Use: For short hair styling, emulsify creme in hands and stroke fingers through dry hair from back to front. Tousle and arrange as desired.
