This pole extends from 45 inches to 12 feet long. It has 4 all-aluminum sections, each roughly 3 feet long, that telescope into each other. Avery's twistlock system makes adjusting each section length very quick and efficient. It has a large stainless steel hook at the end, two grips (one at the end and one about a foot up from it), and even comes with a wrist-strap to keep it from falling into deep water. The pole is powder-coated olive drab and the hook is powder-coated black for an extra durable finish.
