When they arrive at the press conference, they compete with other reporters for interviews with the spokesperson of the company. However, useful information is not forthcoming.

When Fiona unexpectedly deviates from the mission plan to do some covert environmental activism with a new acquaintance, Thyri, Travis, and a mysterious Russian woman named Bianca rush to retrieve Fiona from a remote site before she gets arrested again. Or worse.

Lives are at stake and as the bitter cold and adversaries increase, Travis frets about being shot again before they can complete the mission. Still, the promise of the gold beckons.
