- Versatile Brewing: Add about 5g of Dahongpao tea and add about 100ml of boiling water. Da Hong Pao can be brewed multiple times, with each infusion revealing new and nuanced flavors. Use water at around 90-95°C (194-203°F) and steep for 5-10 seconds for the first infusion. Subsequent infusions can be slightly longer, allowing you to fully enjoy the complexity of this exquisite oolong tea loose leaf
