Description

  • [DOUBLE GROOVES], We have 7 kinds of doubel groove grindometer: 0-15μm and 0-25μm ( index value is 2.5μm), 0-50μm ( index value is 5μm), 0-100μm ( index value is 10μm), 0-150μm and 0-200μm and 0-300μm ( index value is 15μm). The fineness meter is made of forged stainless steel with a sloping groove. Scale in microns (μm), the accuracy of fineness plate grooves ± 1μm.
  • [USING & READING], Put some particles on the deeper groove, then use scraper to scrape them from deeper to low groove. Immediately (not over 5 seconds) observe the tick mark of grain visible in the channel, this numerical value is the fineness.
  • [READING UNIT: μm/MIL], Correspondence between micron (μm) and mil (MILS) as follows: 1 mil = 25.4 um. Model 15μm/150μm/200μm/300μm with reading unit μm, Model 25μm/50μm/100μm with reading unit μm/MIL
  • [HOW TO CHOOSE GRINDOMETER], Choose a fineness gauge 5-10um higher than the product fineness range you measured. Single groove means only one scraper groove, double grooves refer to two scraping grooves, which are convenient for comparison.
