Warranty	This limited warranty covers BKT-branded AgriculturalRadial tires that bears BKT Identification and a Serialnumber sold and used in North America (United States ofAmerica, Canada and Mexico) and that was manufacturedafter April 1, 2008. This warranty applies to BKT Agricultural Radial tires for amaximum period of five years (60 months) from the dateof manufacture for any defect in workmanship and/ormaterials and for three years (36 months) for field hazardand stubble damage. This limited warranty covers all BKT-branded Agriculturalradial tires as designated in BKT’s Agricultural productcatalogue and other relevant books. A covered tire thatbecomes unserviceable (i.e. cannot be repaired per RMAStandards) due to a workmanship/material condition, filedhazard or stubble damage and has at least 5/32nds of aninch tread remaining is eligible for examination/replacementunder this limited warranty.
