- The panel air filter, also known as the "replacement air filter," is designed to be installed in the vehicle's original airbox, replacing the OEM air filter.
- Constructed from high-performance materials, it facilitates increased airflow and enhances filtration efficiency, capable of containing impurities as small as 7 microns, compared to the OEM's 10 microns.
- BMC air filters utilize a "Full Moulding" system, crafting the characteristic red filter from a single mould without welded joints, ensuring durability and avoiding breakage.
- The rubber used in BMC air filtering systems exhibits long-lasting properties, exceptional durability, and optimal adhesion characteristics to various airbox shapes.
- BMC filters consist of a multi-layered cotton gauze soaked with low viscosity oil and covered with an epoxy-coated alloy mesh, providing protection against petrol fumes and oxidation due to air humidity.
- Pre-oiled for convenience, BMC air filters can be washed and regenerated using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit, extending their lifespan and maintaining optimal performance.
