- SOLAR-READY DESIGN WITH FLEXIBLE POSITIONING: Engineered for maximum charging efficiency, the conversion kit includes knockouts for either a Boss Buck box-mount solar panel or a traditional drum-mount solar panel (sold separately). The unique design allows the solar panel position to be adjusted even after the feeder is filled, making it easy to rotate the unit toward the best sunlight exposure for optimal charging performance.
- EASY INSTALLATION WITH DIGITAL TIMER CONTROL: Quick-attach 1/4"-20 wingbolts allow fast installation and removal, while the integrated timer holder keeps the digital Simple Set Timer upright and protected for easy programming. The system is powered by a 12V 7Ah rechargeable battery (sold separately), includes customizable feeding schedules, and is backed by a 2-year warranty for added confidence in the field.
Our large 12 volt system, comes with a high torque motor and the swing door slinger. Uses a 12 volt rechargeable battery and has knock outs for the Boss Buck box mount solar panel or a traditional barrel mounted solar panel. Heavy duty steel mounting plate and 1/4"-20 thumbolts quickly attach and detach from the Boss Buck non-Typical 350, 600 or 1200 series feeders. Our design allows for the solar panel to be positioned even after the feeder has been filled. Simply rotate the Conversion kit to the position receiving the most ambient sunlight each day for optimal results. Timer holder allows the timer to stand upright.
