Baileigh cut off cutting saw. It is a great production saw for any shop that is cutting thin, medium, or thick walled pipe, tubing, extrusions or solid bar stock. The head is made from heavy duty cast iron and has a self centering vise that is unique because it keeps the material perfectly centered with the blade for absolutely perfect cuts. The blade is direct drive and run by a 4 horsepower motor that requires 220 volts three phase power. The head features all metal gears that are ground and hardened for long life and to ensure tight tolerances are kept throughout the life of the saw, backlash adjustment. It has two operating speeds, 26 and 52 revolutions per minute. Capacity of cut off saw is also impressive because of its massive 14-inches blade. It features a 4-1/4-inches round capacity at 90 degree and has the ability to cut 45 degree to the right and 90 degree to the left. The vise will clamp the material; the blade will start up and lower itself cutting the material.
