Bamix Immersion Blender Processor Attachment - w/Powder Disk

Use this processor attachment with a Bamix immersion blender to grind or mince wet or dry ingredients. The processor can be used like a wet/dry mill to grind all kinds of dry and wet food, such as dried vegetables, hard cheese, chocolate, sugar into icing sugar, spices like cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, plus coffee, dried bread for making breadcrumbs, dried fish, dried mushrooms, all kinds of nuts, peanuts to peanut butter, or grains and seeds. The processor can also be used for mincing small quantities of spreads and baby food, garlic, onion, coconut, chili, vegetables, horseradish, all kinds of culinary herbs, small quantities of meat or fish, boiled eggs, and more. The processor features high-quality fixed blades that make light work of mincing and grinding. The included powder disk helps grind spices such as cinnamon and pepper into a very fine powder.
