Handpicked and destemmed, fruit was fermented in small, stainless steel fermenters at cool temperatures for an average of 21 days. Aging for 16 months in 35% new French oak - Cavin, Tremeaux, Dargaud, François Frères & Jaegle barrels.

Bursting with aromas of wild berries and an elegant, soft earth undertone. The flavors combine both sweet and tart of plums and wild blackberries with a bright finish, slightly herbal, and savory making this an excellent food wine.
Pairs well with charcuterie, salmon, and light red sauce dishes.
