Doll is mint in box. Box has some imperfections. 1. Top front of open area of box is indented inward APX 6" Long in a curvature motion. Not sure if snowglobe even works. We did not want to do more damage by taking it out to see if it just needs batteries. Other than stated the rest is perfectly great
