Now here is a boot! Modern military technology at your feet with the Bates 2261 Tactical. This boot is part of the Bates Ultra-Lites series of lightweight uniform boots. They are designed for tactical operations of a military nature-or of a personal nature.The Tactical Sport Side Zip Boot features comfortable leather and nylon uppers, removable cushioned EVA footbed, fiberglass shanks for arch support, maneuverability, and lateral stability. They are seriously built. Rubber soles cemented to the shoe also provide maximum oil and slip-resistance for fast military operations. The Tactical Sport Boot is equipped with a side zipper for quick on and off-and a Velcro closure at the top of the collar to secure the zipper.This Bates 2261 Tactical Sport Side Zip is 30% lighter than original Enforcer Series models, weighing only 2.8 lbs.
