Directions

1. For best results, brush with your regular toothbrush and toothpaste.
2. Remove cover and twist clockwise (initially requires multiple turns) until gel appears.
3. Paint gel onto entire front surface of each upper tooth you wash to whiten and let dry.
4. Repeat for bottom teeth using a fresh bead of gel.
5. Wipe off excess gel from gums and lips.
6. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes afterwards.

Pre-brush and use gel twice daily for two weeks.
After the second week, continue to use gel pen as needed to maintain your new whiter shade.
