Medium roast, very clean and bright on the palate. A carefully balanced blend of organic and fair trade Sumatra and Chiapas Mexican coffees. Tangy start followed by a little white pepper and sweet butter caramel on the finish. Our proprietary roasting process eliminates high levels of chlorogenic acid which cause bitterness in coffee as well as indigestion, heart burn, and acid-reflux.
