CREATED BY 4th GENERATION AMERICAN/ITALIAN CHEF BENNY TUORTO— Developed in his Kitchen in Cary, NC circa 2007. Benny began to cook and experiment with fresh chilies early 2000, discovering Ghost, chocolate habanero and other locally grown peppers at a farmers market.
