- High Impact Plastic Body | High Pressure Glue Injector | Removable Plunger | Manufactured by Maxmetrix LLC | Made in USA | Filling Instructions: Moisten O-Ring before inserting the plunger and screwing the brass tip into the barrel. Pull the plunger back beyond the glue filling port, using a white or yellow water-based glue press nozzle against glue port and fill injector barrel. Wet barrel before use. Injector may be immersed in water to prevent glue from hardening.
- Cleaning & Storage: Clean with warm water and brush. Brass nozzle may be removed for thorough cleaning. | Regularly lubricate, using cooking oil on O-Ring to maintain a smooth and airtight seal. | Do not allow glue to dry in the injector. | Do not use solvent to clean.
- Applications: Reglue Joints (Furniture, Doors, Stair Rails, Cabinetry and more) | Drill a 1/32" hole that opens into a cavity where the joint needs reglueing (1/16" nozzle for higher volume dispensing is available from your retailer). | Place the brass tip into the drilled hole, inject until excess glue begins to appear around joints. | Remove excess glue with damp towel and apply clamps. When dry remove the clamps and fill the drilled hole if necessary. Touch up with color.
- Repair Veneer: Drill a 1/32" hole into the veneer where gluing is needed. | Inject a small amount of glue into the drilled hole. Roll the area with a roller to spread the glue evenly. TIP: A wooder wallpaper roller works well. | Remove excess glue and apply a clamp
- Repair Squeaky Flooring: At squeak location, drill a 1/32" hole deep enough to open into the cavity between the backing and flooring. | Place the brass tip into the drilled hole and dispense glue. | Wipe excess glue, with damp towel. When dry, fill the drilled hole and touch up with color.
