Notice and Tips for you
1. when pedaling, the back end of shoe may scrape the edge of the bag, unless you make a specific effort to place the feet towards the front of the pedal. But "heel strike" is a pretty common problem with large capacity bicycle panniers, and is generally a characteristic of the bike rather than the pannier. It would probably have the same problem with most large panniers.
2. If the top bag floppy or slide off when empty, you can use a bungee cord to strapped down tightly.
3. If the zippers break/snap sometimes, you can use the candle to scribble on the zipper. The candle wax will smooth the zipper again.
