Saltwater pools need to have water balance levels tested on a regular basis just like traditional chlorine pools. The amount of salt in your pool and the amount of chlorine being produced are independent of each other. Adding more salt to your water (above what is recommended in your owner's manual) does not improve the efficiency or increase the generation of chlorine. SaltScapesTM Test Strips ensure correct salt and balancer levels to ensure the best swimmer comfort, equipment protection, and sanitizer efficiency.

FOR BEST RESULTS: Test levels 2-3 times per week and have your local BioGuard dealer test a water sample every 4-6 weeks.
