It's 1868 when two sisters, Rose and Pearl, dismayed by the tedium and discomfort of stagecoach travel, decide to temporarily discontinue their trip to San Francisco. They find themselves in the tiny town of Blowing, Nevada. Together they begin to experience the West as it was back then. The third sister arrives with heartbreaking news and joins them in making Blowing their new home. Windblown and naÃ¯ve, the new residents make friends and discoveries as they grow up experiencing the thrills, the dangers and the wonders that are all part of fascinating Nevada.
