Description

  • Our 2025 W-2 forms (4-up) are printed on thick 20 lb paper, which meets all standard requirements and will quickly feed through your laser and inkjet printer without worrying of jamming.
  • Blank four part W2 tax forms will line up and work with most major accounting software, including QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Enterprise, Sage, and Intuit Online Payroll. (Please note, these forms are NOT compatible with QuickBooks Online.)
  • Confidently print your 2025 W2 forms with our Internal Revenue Service (IRS) approved documents that meet all government and IRS filing requirements, with all 4 parts printed on one sheet for reporting to employees.
