Measuring Principle
The measurement principle of the body fat measuring instrument is the BIA method (bioelectrical impedance analysis method). Since the non-fat tissue of the human body is a good conductor ,and the fat is a characteristic of the insulator,the current is sent to the human body through different electrodes ,thereby measuring the body resistance and using the current .The composition of each human body is estimated by the difference in impedance between the body's fat and non-fat tissue .

Step 1: Search and download "Scale Up" App in Apple Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth
Step 3: Tap "start to weight" and then step on the scale

1.Place the body fat scale on a hard, flat surface during use
2.Please keep your feet dry and bare to touch 4 electrode areas
Step 4: Keep standing on the scale for 5-10 seconds. Pairing is successful when your final weight measurement appears on the Scale Up app.
