Free of additives and preservatives and unblanched, our Hazelnut Meal is finely ground from whole hazelnuts with nothing added or removed. A delicious source of fiber, vitamin E, magnesium, and vitamin B1 with only 5 grams of carbohydrates per serving. Add Hazelnut Meal to your baked goods to boost flavor and add texture while reducing carbohydrates, stir into hot cereal, or use it to bread your meat or vegetables. Hazelnut meal can also be used as a substitute flour for your gluten free baking -- try it in cookies, cakes, pastries, and pie crusts.
