- PEEL & STICK OVERLAY FOR YOUR PROXIMITY CARDS — Print your ID design on the blank white card, peel the Mylar backing, stick it onto your HID 1326 or any clamshell proximity card. Your access card is now a full-color printed ID badge.
- STRONG PERMANENT ADHESIVE UNDER THE MYLAR — Real adhesive glue is built into every card. Peel the Mylar liner, press the card down, and it bonds permanently to the clamshell surface. No peeling, no lifting, no falling off.
- 10 MIL MYLAR — ZERO PRINTER JAMS — The rigid Mylar backing feeds flat through Fargo, Zebra, Magicard, Evolis, IDP, and Bodno printers with no curling and no jams. Consistent results from card one to the last card in the box.
- CR80 STANDARD SIZE — FITS ALL BADGE HOLDERS — 3.375” x 2.125”, same as a credit card. Slides into any badge holder, lanyard, or reel. Compatible with all direct-to-card printers.
- PRINT FIRST, THEN SLOT PUNCH — If your access cards have a pre-punched slot, print the overlay first, then punch. Protects your printhead and gives a clean aligned slot. Available in 10, 100, 200, and 500 packs.

Adhesive backed PVC cards are ideal for printing on most direct-to-card printers. Measuring 3.375'' x 2.125'' (the same size as a credit card), CR80 cards are the standard, most commonly used plastic card size. CR80 10 mil mylar adhesive back cards are also known as CR8010 or CR80.010 cards.
