Made from only the finest maple syrup by Woods VT Syrup Company, a third generation family-owned farm in Central Vermont. Sap for our Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple syrup is harvested each the spring and cooked down according to a secret family recipe. It is then aged in once used bourbon barrels from local craft distilleries until just right. The wood imparts hints of vanilla, caramel and oak which enhance the natural buttery, floral, and chocolate notes of this high quality syrup. The bourbon left in the barrel adds warmth and a spice to the aftertaste of our syrup.
