- Geiger Counter Tube: This radiation detector uses energy compensation Geiger counter tube to detect the strength of ionizing radiation (β particles, γ rays and X rays), improves low energy response.
- Working Principle: Using a gas tube or small chamber as a probe, when the voltage applied to the probe reaches a certain range, a pair of ions are generated and amplified to generate electrical pulses of the same size.
