HOW TO USE
1. Fix one end of the rope (at the level with your head) and the other end taut as far as the tip of the nose, keeping the rope straight
2. Place the red bead at 11.81in/30cm and the yellow bead (or green bead) is placed at 23.62in/60cm
3. Focus on the nearby red bead and the distance 2 of the yellow bead (or green bead), the rope just crossed at the red bead, focus on 5 seconds

5. Repeat 3-4 times, then move the red bead 1.97in/5cm, yellow bead (or green bead) the same distance, repeat the above action 10 times
6. Continue to move closer the red bead, each time move closer 1.97in/5cm
7. After each move, make 10 times focus
8. Until the red bead is located at 0.98in/2.5cm near the tip of nose
